Implementation Readiness Assessment

Solution Architecture & Platform Selection

Where platform selection is still open, we conduct vendor-neutral evaluations against your specific requirements. The architecture package we produce can be implemented by Iknow, your internal IT team, or your systems integration partner.
Data Management Platform Implementation
We implement the data management platforms that govern, catalog, and activate your organization’s data assets: data catalogs (Collibra, Alation, Microsoft Purview), MDM platforms (Informatica, Semarchy, SAP MDG), data quality tools, metadata management systems, and analytics and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks). Information Management Platform Implementation
We implement taxonomy management systems (Progress Semaphore, PoolParty, Graphologi, TopBraid Composer), digital asset management platforms, content management systems, and knowledge portals — configuring the controlled vocabularies, metadata schemas, governance workflows, search architecture, and integration connectors that make IM platforms work. Our information architects design and implement in the same engagement, ensuring the vocabulary structure and metadata model are built correctly into the platform from day one.
Knowledge Management Platform Implementation
We implement knowledge management platforms (SharePoint, Confluence, Guru, ServiceNow Knowledge, Bloomfire, and others) — designing and configuring the information architecture, taxonomy, content types, governance workflows, search configuration, and community features that determine whether a KM platform is adopted or abandoned. KM platform implementation without KM domain expertise produces functional technology, not a working knowledge system.
AI & GenAI Platform Implementation
We implement AI and generative AI platforms — configuring RAG systems, agent frameworks, vector databases, MLOps tooling, and AI governance platforms.
