This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is collected and what happens to it. In short: we collect what you choose to send us through the contact form, plus the routine technical logs any website keeps. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.

1. Information we collect

Contact form. When you send us a message we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, organization (if given), your message and the page you sent it from.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. These are retained for a limited period and are not used to build profiles.

Cookies. The public website does not set advertising or profiling cookies. A session cookie is used only for authorized staff who sign in to the content management area. A preference is stored if you choose a language.

2. How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to prepare a proposal or schedule a conversation. Enquiries may be recorded in our client relationship system so we can follow up properly.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making and we do not send marketing email you have not asked for.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website on our behalf: our hosting platform and our transactional email provider, each bound to process it only for us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

4. Retention

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, then deleted or archived. Server logs are kept for a short rolling window.

5. Your choices

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email info@iknow.us and we will respond promptly.

6. International visitors

Iknow LLC is based in the United States and this website is served from infrastructure in the United States. By using the site you understand that information you send us is processed there.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes will be flagged clearly.
